Twenty years ago, the British Government began work on a program that would collect DNA from some of history's most influential figures and use it to parent children. Children who they believed, with the right training, could become the next wave of world leaders.
Clay Bryce Arkwright is quite the peace-maker and possesses an eloquent manner of speaking that would make his "father," the Great Compromiser himself, Henry Clay, proud. Clay is a smart boy with a very calm and peaceable manner when he isn't under the influence of illicit substances. Then he gets a bit wild. However, he's also shrewd and knows just how to twist and turn even the smallest of phrases to suit whatever he needs. Clay likes order and hates conflict and will do whatever he can to end it. He's currently studying philosophy, politics, and economics at Oxford.
